I will perform any additional duties given to me by the Engineering Manager and/or General Manager. Qualification : To execute the position of Shift Technician, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum Secondary School completion and /or valid license and certifications to practice profession and minimum of two years´ experience in similar role. I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively. Technical skills include the ability to analyze and design projects of limited complexity and scope. Knowledge in blueprint reading and installing of machines, wiring and equipment and basic mechanical skills are mandatory. I have thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines as well as confident with numerical scales in geometric shapes, patterns and ability to interpret them correctly. I have a basic command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of the local language and customs. I am able to live in a remote environment for extended periods of time.
