Project Engineering Manager Reports to Project Manager (Combined Cycle Power and R/O Desalination) JOB PROFILE: The Project Engineering Manager is responsible to support the management and administration of Owners project engineering activities, as directed by the project manager, to assure execution of the work in accordance with the company’s procedures and the contract documents. The project will be an integrated power and sea water reverse osmosis desalination plant implemented via an EPC contractor on a lump sum turnkey basis and this role will have a significant interface with the EPC Contractor and Owners Engineer. The initial focus of the role will be to manage and participate in the technical evaluation of EPC bids followed by design and engineering review (in conjunction with Owners engineer) during the execution phase. Support of site activities of installation and commissioning during the execution phase and attendance at OEM facilities during inspection and testing will be required. Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years’ experience in project experience in major capital projects (power, water, oil and gas). A minimum of 6 years should have been in a senior project engineering or engineering management position.
