    Role Employment: Full Time Al-Ahli Hospital in Doha-Qatar has a vacancy for a Female Dermatologist with adequate knowledge in all areas of clinical dermatology to join our busy and expanding practice. We’re looking for a Board-Certified Dermatologist who has adequate expertise with a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acute to chronic and benign to malignant. • The ideal candidate should have experience in using diagnostic techniques to identify diseases and implement appropriate treatments. • A candidate is expected to be a leader who can collaborate well with other staff to improve outcomes. • Should also be able to educate patients on preventive care techniques and can communicate important health information effectively and compassionately. • Experience in working with various ages, ethnicity and cultures is preferred. Responsibilities: • Use appropriate techniques to diagnose and treat skin ailments • Monitor the effectiveness of skin treatments and make necessary improvements or changes • Communicate with assistants and other team members to ensure therapies are being administered properly • Educate patients on the right ways to achieve healthy, attractive skin • Attend conferences to network with Dermatology professionals and learn about new treatments and research • Treat every patient with respect and compassion and ensure compliance with current medical laws and ethics • Diagnose and treat pigmented lesions such as common acquired nevi, congenital nevi, dysplastic nevi, Spitz nevi, blue nevi, and melanoma. • Conduct complete skin examinations. • Counsel patients on topics such as the need for annual dermatologic screenings, sun protection, skin cancer awareness, or skin and lymph node self-examinations. • Record patients' health histories. • Diagnose and treat skin conditions such as acne, dandruff, athlete's foot, moles, psoriasis, and skin cancer. • Perform incisional biopsies to diagnose melanoma. • Perform skin surgery to improve appearance, make early diagnoses, or control diseases such as skin cancer. • Recommend diagnostic tests based on patients' histories and physical examination findings. • Read current literature, talk with colleagues, and participate in professional organizations or conferences to keep abreast of developments in dermatology. • Provide dermatologic consultation to other health professionals. • Provide dermabrasion or laser abrasion to treat atrophic scars, elevated scars, or other skin conditions. • Provide therapies such as intralesional steroids, chemical peels, and comodo removal to treat age spots, sun damage, rough skin, discolored skin, or oily skin. • Evaluate patients to determine eligibility for cosmetic procedures such as liposuction, laser resurfacing, and microdermabrasion. Requirements Qualifications: • A recognized specialty degree by the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) and eligibility for consultant license. • Applicant should be currently practicing in a capacity of a consultant. Oversee all applicable financial controls and ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk as well as compliance with applicable regulatory and other legal requirements. Financial Management: 6. Provide an independent and constructive perspective to commercial and operations teams, to ensure the business decisions are grounded on solid financial criteria. 7. Support NKOM CEO with insights on the Financial position of the Company, by presenting an objective view of the Financial situation and providing sound recommendations for the allocations of resources in the most efficient way to achieve the business goals and objectives. 8. Oversee the activity-based costing and make recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement. 9. Lead all function’s objectives and KPIs set by the Company in accordance with the approved plan and timelines. 10. Review the monthly budget variances analysis and segments profitability and recommend corrective action to avoid adverse variances and deviation from the business plan. 11. Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. 12. Oversee the relationship with various stakeholders; i.e. external auditors and Nakilat Finance. Knowledge Transfer: 13. Build the team skills, through transformation initiatives and major change programs, and raise awareness and knowledge of applicable financial policies and procedures. 14. Manage N-KOM Finance staff to deliver the set functional objectives. Generic Accountabilities: People Leadership: 15. Manage N-KOM finance staff , cascade the objectives and priorities and ensure the team capability to accomplish the day-to-day finance related activities, by ensuring continuous training and professional education for the team members as required. Change Management: 16. Contribute to managing change in the team by providing inputs for and taking part in change initiatives, programs and projects that are aligned with the Company strategy and best practice. Safety, Health, Quality, & Environment (SHEQ) 17. Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant SHEQ policies, procedures and controls across the finance function. Budgets and Plans: 18. Oversee the budget preparation and execution, rolling forecasts and cost management, in alignment with the Company’s strategic plan. Systems and Processes: 19. Lead the transformation related to digital technology to effectively manage, analyze and present data in a way that yields the greatest value for the business. Others: 20. Oversee the year-end audit task and ensure appropriate monitoring and supporting of disclosed numbers in the Financial Statements and notes. 21.
