    We are searching for a Head of Finance to manage and supervise our finance and accounting department. The role includes heading the F&A function of the entity based in Dubai to which finance and accounting functions in Egypt and KSA report to. In addition to heading overseeing the day-to-day F&A functions, the roles requires the incumbent to assess and strengthen the company’s internal controls and processes, help in automating the processes and transactions, coordinating with other functional heads, country-heads and the CEO so the performance of the business is assessed on a timely basis and reported, closing the standalone and consolidated books for statutory audit and liaise with the Company’s auditor’s for a smooth audit close-out and ensuring compliance with Value Added Taxes and other tax matters. Responsibilities Oversee and supervise all accounting and finance functions within the company including the functioning of Egypt and KSA teams. Supervise accounting and finance employees to facilitate day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliations, etc. Monitor cash flow, accounts, bank and other financial transactions. Prepare forecasts and comprehensive monthly and annual budgets that meet the requirements of company departments. Prepare detailed reports on the company’s monthly and annual financial performance against set budgets. Prepare and present financial analysis to the board of directors. Ensure that the company's financial practices are in line with financial regulations and statutory regulations and legislation. Update and implement financial policies and procedures in line with financial regulations. Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information. Manage internal controls by recogni z ing patterns in company spending, revenue, etc, and recommend solutions to any problem areas.
