This role will drive export sales across the Gulf region, manage the network of existing customers, assist end clients with technical sales support and drive the product portfolio. In addition to the above, develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy in each Gulf country: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE, including managing new product development requests, and growing the monthly project pipeline. The Role Main Responsibilities: Manage existing client relationships in region including security specifiers. Maintain and develop new customer relationships, grow sales, and exceed monthly targets. Liaise with the team to ensure often complex and detailed customer requirements are exceeded and managed correctly through the businesses. Help to manage the manufacturing under license facility in region in conjunction with internal production teams and look at future opportunities to make routes to market more effective, competitive, and profitable. Identify and penetrate new market opportunities and framework customers for the company’s product portfolio. Attend and represent the company at leading security events and exhibitions. Deliver presentations to security specifiers and end clients to further their knowledge on security schemes and product / system options. Produce and issue accurate and detailed BD and sales pipeline reports weekly /monthly as required. Attend monthly / regular meetings with the Marketing and Sales Director / sales team to report on progress sales. The Person Experience required: Min 10 years of extensive experience in B2B sales within construction, facility management or manufacturing sectors Outstanding and proven sales experience demonstrating a track record of increasing sales and revenue in export sales, with major accounts and through field-based sales teams, agents, and agencies. Degree and / or suitably professionally qualified Outstanding communication, organisational and leadership skills, focused on understanding customer needs and devising strategies accordingly. Strong commercial acumen. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple relationships across different stakeholder profiles. A technical and specification led sales approach. Must already be located and reside within the Gulf region.
