    The NOC Systems Expert will be responsible for installing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Network Management Systems (EMS/NMS) within a broadband service provider environment. He will be implementing, customizing, and integrating NMS systems, primarily IBM Tivoli suite. The setup shall be monitoring and reporting on the health of a complex IT systemsand network infrastructure on a daily basis as he works with internal customer to troubleshoot complex hardware, systems, software, and configuration issues.
