Export sales officer is responsible for the development and implementation of the sales strategy to generate profitable growth, expand margin and increase market share across his export markets of the Lubricants business unit. with responsibility for selling the complete portfolio of our brands and products into the export markets. As well as helping in developing the sales & marketing strategy, This role is to find and create new business and will entail both direct and distribution sales. The role will be Dubai based. Skills · Sales/Business Development experience, preferably within Lubricants industry. · Experience of Customer Relationship Management and Retention · Experience of completing client proposals/tenders, compiling complex proposals , with a strong knowledge of commercial/contractual marketing discussions. · A proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity, with Strong business and commercial acumen and strong analytical skills. · Proven ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment within B2B and B2G marketing environment · Bringing your extensive experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, candidates must be able to communicate with all areas of the company from senior stakeholders to the technical teams and their associated back-office support functions · Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. · Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. · Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. · Awareness of specific countries markets where he can operate and foresee the high/low demand · Provide support and market requirement reports for the development and implementation of our products. · manage and develop the sales in the assigned markets to carry out and achieve the targets, the company’s sales goals and management strategies. · Monitor the sales progress to improve volumes as well as Market share. · Focus and implement current, annual, and long-term business development objectives for the organisation. · With experience in some Export markets , should speak English (French and Arabic is advantage ) , preferable to have Customer network related to Lubricants industry or auto parts export business.
