Summary: The position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and setting strategic direction for the Inpatient Therapies and Rehabilitation Team. This involves managing all available resources (human and otherwise) and ensuring the department is aligned with the organizations mission, vision and values. Number of Direct Reports: 6 Number of Indirect Reports: 54 Responsibilities include : Oversees operational performance of the department via KPI monitoring and evaluation.
